Recovering

Paessler has helped with a work around to the current issue that was released in their last version of software. We will be deploying this fix to the remainder of the systems that are affected by the SNMPv3 issue.

We have resumed all the probes and paused the sensors that are exhibiting the issue. We are awaiting vendor response but looks to be a known issue they are working on.

We have confirmed there is a problem with certain setups of SNMP configurations. This looks to be a vendor related issue. Vendor has been contacted.

Investigating

PRTG is exhibiting some Sensor checking issues mainly related to SNMP. NDUS technicians are working to resolve reported issues. Updates will be provided as they become available.
